Terrence McNally’s Tony-winning play transforms a simple voice lesson with opera legend, Maria Callas into an unforgettable evening of drama, music and revelation. Featuring arias by Puccini, Verdi, and Bellini, Master Class returns to the tradition of presenting American plays in our festival.

• Free Pre-Performance Talks: 45 minutes prior to every 2026 main stage performance, in the Williams Stables Theatre (across the street from the Opera House). Seating is limited — arrive early!

• Opening Night Reception: Saturday, July 18, 5:00 p.m. Mingle with directors, actors, and musicians over cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres in the historic Teller House.
